The Loddon School is home to 30 children who all have severe autism and complex learning difficulties. The school provides both care and education to the children who live at the school. The children range between the ages of 8-19 years old. We are situated on site in Sherfield-on0Loddon Hampshire.
We are expanding our team and have a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to develop their career in grounds and Maintenance. We are looking for someone who has previous experience (min 6 months) in a maintenance/grounds role. You will work alongside four other people supporting the site manager to maintain a welcoming, safe and secure environment for your children, staff, parents and visitors. This is a fast paced role and we are seeking a self-starter who wishes to learn new skills, is confident and able to build relationships across the organisation and develop their career.
You will need to be an active listener, resilient, apply yourself diligently to the tasks assigned to you and not be afaid to ask questions in order to move forward and complete the list of daily jobs.
