HOURS: Full time
SALARY RANGE: £28,957 - £32,828
Details:

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm, except for one week in six when you will be expected to work on call and the core hours during this week will be 10.00 am – 6.00 pm.

We are expanding our team and we have a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to develop their career in grounds and maintenance. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a maintenance/grounds role. You will work alongside four other people supporting the Site Manager to maintain a welcoming, safe and secure environment for our children, staff, parents and visitors. This is a fast paced role and we are seeking a self-starter who wishes to learn new skills, is confident and able to build relationships across the organisation and develop their career.

Carpentry or plumbing skills are essential.

You will need to be an active listener, resilient, apply yourself diligently to the tasks assigned to you and not be afraid to ask questions in order to move forward and complete the list of daily jobs. Salary range: £28,957 – £32,828 according to experience and qualifications plus a monthly £115 on call allowance.
