An exciting opportunity has come up to work closely to support education and care colleagues in promoting and maintaining an environment for the children consistent with the highest standards of education, care and wellbeing and achievements of the children.
The role involves supporting the teacher, running lessons in their absence, motivating others in terms of education activities, recording data and a good level of literacy.
You will be passionate about teaching, facilitating daily activities and contributing new and creative ideas to help the children learn. You will be knowledgeable on all safeguarding protocol and be a role model to others.
Teaching experience within a similar setting is essential for the role.
Supporting qualifications such as a Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma would be desirable.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £24,453- £25,740 (depending on qualifications and experience)
